Where Are You Going? is a correspondence with the 650 members of the House of Commons and 777 members of the House of Lords, initiated in the aftermath of the Brexit referendum while Parliament debated the consequences of the “leave” vote. To the question “You are leaving Europe, but where are you going?”, 53 parliamentarians replied with a range of anger and shared anxiety, empathy and tension, flashes of humour and political advice. Out of this array of dissonant voices emerges a mosaic portrait of a tormented country attempting to redefine its own contours •
